Master X Master Titan Ruins Playtest Begins

The fourth alpha playtest for Master X Master is starting today in a matter of hours, so NCSoft has put together a small survival guide for players participating. This round of testing focuses on the ranked PvP aspect of the game, and it seems that the Master X Master Titan Ruins map that players will access is perfect for this endeavor.

Master X Master
The Master X Master Titan Ruins map is described as a traditional 5v5 three-lane PvP map with a twist. All Masters will be available during the playtest, including the newly added Nedien and Tulam. There will be no level requirement to access Titan Ruins and participate in Ranked mode, and none of the previous Alpha data will carry over.

Completing five Ranked Titan Ruins matches during this test earns players the exclusive title “Alpha Incarnate” in the final game release. This is the only chance, since players will no longer be able to obtain this title outside of this Titan Ruins playtest.

Access times will be limited in order to maintain low queue times and are as follows:

European Server:

  • 15:00 – 23:00 CET
  • 14:00 – 22:00 GMT

North American Server:

  • 13:00 – 21:00 PST
  • 10:00 – 18:00 EST

The official kickoff stream is on November 22 at 1pm PST on In the meantime check out the Titan Ruins overview video that NCSoft recently released to find out all the details about this maps unique twists:

Our Thoughts:

We wish everyone good luck in finishing their five matches to get that shiny title and hope all players will enjoy this round of MXM!
